I love this recipe, made this for my wife for Valentines Day this year, changed it slightly by using lamb chops instead and drizzled rather than stuffed. I have tried it both ways now and the chops are a bit more delicate. We like the taste of lamb so when it's stuffed you lose the lamb taste a bit more than with the chops. I would definitely recommend this recipe.
