agreed 100%! But yeah Nintendo the SOV tracks you mentioned are my favorites too. What lies at the end in particular I've listened to that one countless times. The timing of when it plays is really emotional especially like Gaiden never had that track. It's the way they tell the story that makes it powerful in SOV which i really loved a lot. Anyways Thracia 776 is hard but it's fair hard. There is a lot of BS like 99% is the highest accuracy rate with attacking with weapons, magic or even using staves. And it has a chance to miss even staves. XD So yeah, it can be trolly at times but it also hurts the enemy too. The map design is really good in Thracia 776 tho and that brass oh man.... Imo it has one of the best openings to any fire emblem hands down even for the time. I actually did a let's play of Thracia 776 on my yt channel if you're ever curious i guess. hahaha

But yeah Conquest had more of a european feel while Birthright is japanese. But i really like both versions and characters. They both offer different things even though i do prefer conquest over it especially cause Camilla is waifu so that helps lol

Hack n slash huh... I've liked some of those! Dark Cloud is one of my favorite hack n slash rpgs. I played a fair amount of Shining Force Exa and Shining Resonance. Or wait those RPGs technically hahaha. But uhhh Dynasty Warriors i've always wanted play that actually. I used to watch my neighbors play one of the games on their ps2 sometimes.

Yeah i very much agree! Honestly i would love to see the jugdral games get the Fire Emblem Echoes treatment cause personally i never liked Fire Emblem Gaiden on NES, but they made it so much better and got the character designer for the Ar Tonelico series I think... But yeah i remember no one was expecting a remake of Gaiden, but i ended up liking it quite a bit cause they expanded on something that really didn't have much going for it storywise. All of the characters got better development with the added supports, the music was one of the best things about Gaiden but they cranked up even harder and just wow yeah it's still an amazing soundtrack. I still go back to Echoes soundtrack every so often.

Anyways yeah, going off topic haha but i seriously would be totally happy if we got the same thing for both FE4 and Thracia 776. Better graphics and art. And man i really would love Thracia 776 so much cause it has one of the best gameplay mechanics that IS never really did again which was Capturing enemy soldiers. It also introduced Fog of War and it holds up pretty dang well. But yeah man... Reinhardt he's an absolute troll lol. Both him and Cyas/Saias are totally evil in chapter 19. Thracia 7776 has movement stars and sometimes you or enemy has the chance to move again depending on how high your movement stars are, but Cyas and Reinhardt are very high so they can move again. Freaking Cyas tho... super trolly with his status inflicting staves. But yeah, the music is so good tho and i love Leif, very strong protag even though Sigurd is good too. I just felt Ike had more depth than most FE protagonists/lords. He goes through massive changes and i really love in Path of Radiance that Ike can have base conversations with everyone. I don't think there had been a Fire Emblem game that tried that again, Tellius had such an interesting world honestly.

My favorite fates route is Nohr. I ended up really loving Camilla and the gameplay felt more diverse and unique. It really utilized the Dragon Veins mechanics much more than the other paths. But i liked all of them they're all different. But i felt Nohr had much more interesting characters overall. How about you? You've played Fates right? What's your favorite route? Nohr or Hoshido?

I really like the story and characters for Fe4 but honestly the gameplay hasn't really held up that well imo. I actually like Thracia 776 a lot more. But definitely a remake would be amazing i definitely feel like Fe4 deserves a remake. I'd really love Thracia 776 to get a remake too. My favorite Fire Emblem is probably a tie between Path of Radiance and Fates.

I'd be curious to see what you think of Super Robot Taisen! I don't think i've played the one you mentioned but.... if it has characters from Code Geass I should definitely get it too. You should check out the Ps2 version of Original Generations 1 and 2 if you ever get a chance. It's really good!
